‘Introduction to Cultural Competence’ is an interactive online training module which will help you be more culturally aware and responsive to the needs of your diverse clients. The duration of the training is 30-40 minutes. This training can be accessed from any computer with internet access and can be completed at the user’s own pace. This training is suitable for health, community and government workers working with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.
