Our experience

Building workplace capability through tailored training
CEH has collaborated with corporate clients across the retail and hospitality sectors to deliver diversity, equity and inclusion training aligned to business priorities. Our programs focus on unconscious bias, inclusive recruitment and building cultural intelligence, with a strong emphasis on staff upskilling and learning and development outcomes.
Training is delivered as standalone sessions or integrated into existing staff training days, ranging from one‑hour sessions to extended programs, either face‑to‑face or online.
