Speaking COVID-19 in 2021 – information about vaccines and supports made clear and simple.

Are you a Bicultural Worker or Multicultural education Aides (MEA’s) based in Victoria? Are you finding the information about vaccines and the changing restrictions and advice confusing? Do you need to explain COVID safety and available supports to community members in simple ways and in their language?

Then this two-hour, free workshop is for you. Through individual and group activities, you will be able to discuss the terms and practices around everything COVID in 2021, including where Australia is at with vaccination.

The training also provides opportunities for participants to reflect on how their communities’ cultural preferences and practices are affected by the restrictions.

This workshop is supported by the Victorian Government via the Multicultural COVID-19 Taskforce.

Timeline: until end of March 2021

The workshops are offered online or face-to-face (COVID-19 restrictions apply).

“I must admit that this was the most informative workshop I’ve ever had.”
