Organisations with a workforce reflective of the community they serve can better meet the needs of that community. In this workshop you will acquire knowledge of key concepts and strategies for managing a diverse workforce. This knowledge will give you the skills to maximise the benefits and reduce challenges related to ethnically and linguistically diverse workplaces.
In this practical workshop, you will:

explore the organisational advantages of a diverse workforce and identify strategies to increase workplace harmony
