1. Preamble
This policy has been developed to ensure that documents produced for publication on the website consistently reflect the vision, client group, mission and further strategic goals and high professional and ethical standards of CEH. To this end, all applicable documentation shall be submitted to an internal consultation and review process.

2. Role of Website
The CEH website is one of the central information dissemination tools to communicate with the organization's client group. This site is used to:

2.1 Inform its audience of CEH its activities
2.2 Provide information that will enable CEH's client group to develop better services to communities from non-English speaking backgrounds
2.3 Share information about activities by other agencies within the sector
2.4 Profile policy and strategic directions in the area of primary, community and acute health system in Victoria

Within the website there are opportunities for both internal and external material to be included and promoted. For these projects to be included they must fit both the aims and objectives of the relevant web pages as well as adhere to CEH guidelines. The CEH editorial committee reserves the right to accept or reject information submitted for dissemination, including the right to summarise, re-write, update, reformat, omit or change material submitted, in accordance with CEH policies and philosophy, as well as design and space considerations.

Statements and opinions do not necessarily reflect the views of the editorial committee or of CEH and its management and staff. CEH does not necessarily endorse those programs or projects which are included in the content of this website.

3. Guidelines for Inclusion of Material in the CEH Website
For material to be placed on the CEH website, it must be:

3.1 Timely and of current concern
3.2 Specific to the health and well-being of culturally and linguistically diverse communities or have a focus on CALD communities
3.3 Discussing specific actions regarding working inclusively with CALD communities
3.4 Concerning material that has been or is undertaken in the community, primary health and acute health sector
3.5 Of a high standard, if the work is academic it must be of a post-graduate level and relevant to a Victorian health context

  • Outreach
  • CDs and CD ROMs
  • Research
  • Products
