The Diversity in Health Conference is an opportunity to share your insights and work at the national level.
The first step is to write an abstract for acceptance in the conference, and then you will need to craft an attention-grabbing paper presentation or poster.
CEH will host a free afternoon training workshop on Writing for Acceptance - covering the skills, tips and tricks you will need to write irresistable abstracts and engaging presentations.
When: Wednesday 20 January 2010, 2pm - 4pm
Where: Centre for Culture, Ethnicity & Health, 81-85 Barry Street, Carlton (Get directions)
The workshop will be presented by Daniel Reeders of the CEH Multicultural Health & Support Service, and Kenton Miller of the Victorian Equal Opportunity Commission. Both presenters have expensive experience in writing and reviewing conference abstracts.
The workshop is free and suitable to participants at all levels. With the call for papers closing on Monday 8 February, it's a great opportunity to polish a draft abstract for submission.
To register, email enquiries@ceh.org.au or call (03) 9342 9700.
Read our guidelines for submitting an abstract.
