Ann Marie is the Executive Director Ambulatory and Nursing Services at Austin Health. She has a nursing background and was appointed to this role in May 2005.
Ann Maree's role includes that of the chief nurse for Austin Health, and operational management responsibility for a range of programs including Mental Health, Sub-Acute and Home and Ambulatory Services, as well as executive sponsorship for the Cultural Diversity Committee and the Aboriginal Health Program.
She has a strong commitment to ensuring both the sustainability of the health workforce through the introduction of innovative models of care and that the workforce is well prepared to provide a high standard of care to the community.
In 2008 Ann Maree completed the Williamsons Community Leadership Program.
