Demos Krouskos, Director
Demos is the chief executive officer of North Richmond Community Health as well as the director of CEH.
Demos migrated to Melbourne with his family from Greece in 1954. Since 1985, he has held a number of positions in the health care sector including six years as executive officer with the health consumer organisation Preston/Northcote District Health Council. In 1991, he was appointed the chief executive officer of North Richmond Community Health Centre and in 1999, director for the Centre for Culture, Ethnicity and Health.
His professional interests include health and cultural diversity, health issues affecting refugees and migrants, health equity and human rights, health of Indigenous Australians, the development of ethical health care practice and health care service research. Demos was awarded the Centenary Medal in 2000 for services to community health.

Michal Morris, Executive Manager
Since 2006 Michal has been the General Manager of the Centre for Culture, Ethnicity & Health. In this role Michal is responsible for a range of innovative training, cultural competence and social marketing initiatives, delivered across a number of major sector programs. Michal was the convener of Diversity in Heath 2010, Australia's premier migrant and refugee health conference.
Currently Michal is Deputy Chair of inTouch - Multicultural Centre Against Family Violence. Previously Michal has worked in various roles within the Victorian multicultural sector including the Ethnic Communities' Council of Victoria and the Victorian state government.

Sabina Tresise, Information Services Coordinator
Sabina maintains the CEH library collection including web-based resources and delivers an information and reference service to CEH clients and staff. Before immigrating to Australia in 2001, Sabina worked with the Swiss Red Cross in Berne, where she managed their library and archives. In this position she acquired skills and experience in information management and information service delivery in the health, community, migration and international development sectors. Sabina recently completed her diploma in library and information studies in order to gain accreditation in Australia.

Dan Walls, Communications Officer
Dan is responsible for internal and external communications, social marketing and special projects. He has previously undertaken marketing and communications positions with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman and Victoria University. For CEH, he is tasked with implementing the organisation's marketing, creating publications for culturally and linguistically diverse audiences, managing media relations and leading social marketing campaigns.

lynda memery, professional learning coordinator
Lynda has more than 20 years' experience in health and community services. Previously the Manager of Health Promotion, Research and Development at Women's Health West, Lynda's career has seen her specialise in roles that aim to improve the health and wellbeing of diverse communities. With a background in research, teaching, social policy and community development, Lynda works closely with CEH staff to design and deliver high quality training to advance services provided to migrant and refugee communities.

Viv Fox, Office Manager
Viv oversees all aspects of administration at CEH. Trained as an early childhood educator, she has over 25 years' experience working with children from diverse backgrounds, starting in London in the early 1970s and eventually establishing a day care centre for an independent school in Armadale in I992. Viv became a volunteer at North Richmond Community Health Ltd, a position which eventually led to her current role at CEH.
